Other Information: My first MIDIs of 2009 and of my 2nd year of sequencing.
I'm jumping the January-12th gun a bit (that's when my first upload was) but I'm going to be busy on Monday.

It might seem redundant to put that "Japan" tag on this MIDI, but I think the PSX version of MMX3 was also out in Europe. It's also out in North America now via MMX Collection. 
I know that the version in the Collection didn't have this opening music. I think is used the music that Capcom used for the European release.
I sequenced this song from a YouTube video, so I don't think I got it totally true to the original, but it sounds pretty good.
