Re: Peach's Video Game Music on YouTube

Record #30 for the WarioWare D.I.Y. Records series pays tribute to the classic Nintendo series throughout the years. Many staple songs feature in this 8-Bit arrangement, combining at least two songs from each series together. If you never heard any of my WarioWare D.I.Y. Records before, this finale ...

Re: Peach's Video Game Music on YouTube

Two more works are here for listening. One is a simple MIDI, but the other is something I would like everyone to hear more than just about anything so far. 1) Completing the classic Donkey Kong 64 MIDIs of mine, the pause ditty demonstrates catchiness in simplicity. Enhanced Game MIDIs: "Pause ...

Re: Peach's Video Game Music on YouTube

The Bridge to Gruntilda's Lair is nice and solid. Your Zelda II town bossa nova remix is pretty. I quite enjoy this one. The 3rd track is also fine. Solid showing. My favorite of the three was definitely the Bossa Nova remix of the Zelda II town. That one was awesome. Love that track. Thank you for...

Re: Peach's Video Game Music on YouTube

Three more songs coming down the track! 1) Complementing the older MIDI of Gruntilda's Lair, here is the bridge to the witch's abode. Enhanced Game MIDIs: "Bridge to Gruntilda's Lair" from Banjo-Kazooie (Enhanced Game MIDI) 2) This is a preview of my Zelda II town bossa nova remix! Enhanc...

Re: Peach's Video Game Music on YouTube

I have two more works to share today. 1) Project co-director Cody Wedel and I compiled the final preview of the Donkey Kong Country 3 remix album, "Double the Trouble." 64 artists have contributed a total of 76+ remixed songs for what is the largest OverClocked ReMix album yet. (Coming soo...

Re: A Little Sumpin' Sumpin'

Hey, Nieb. The first song is simple but kind of cool. It sounds a lot like the chord progression found in the ending song for Super Mario Bros. 3. I always loved that song.... The second song has a nicer production quality, and shows potential. That slap bass totally reminds me of the sample found i...

Re: Would like critique on my song please

Hi, ilg. I definitely recognised the Castlevania influence straight away. You have something good going here, although it still needs to be refined. There is some dissonance (disharmonised sound) at parts that does not feel deliberate, such as at 0:49. It could be the timbre of the samples causing t...

Re: M.C.'s "Mario Music SNES Arrangement Gallery" on VGMusic

I'd like to listen to some of these, but I don't have an account with 4shared. T~T

Maybe you should follow Alveinhero's suggestion and post to Mediafire.

Re: Peach's Video Game Music on YouTube

It's been a while, guys. I figured I'd share a few recent works. The first is a quickie soundtrack from an demo game I worked on four years ago. Another is a remix of an anime song; it is still game music because the medium is a video game, and the song also features on a Game Boy Advance title. Las...

Re: New Remix - Dark Tal Tal Heights

This is OCReMix-worthy. Very nicely done. Is that Dancing Dragon labyrinth theme I hear?

Re: M.C.'s "Mario Music SNES Arrangement Gallery" on VGMusic

Haha. The "hey" sample is pretty cool. It seems rather overused, though. I'm digging the bass.

Re: My video game remix channel

Not too bad! Your take on the Zelda title theme has a charming simplicity to it. The Johto Battle theme has more of a solid arrangement and production quality. Keep it up.

Re: Zelda Series - Chipped Fairies (Remix)

Hey, that's quite a nice, smooth (yet perky) remix. I'm hearing a bit of the Ocean Side (World 3) music from Super Mario Bros. 3 in this arrangement, in addition to the Kirby mentioned by Charybdizs. Have you considered getting involved with OverClocked ReMix?
