I've been looking for a DKC2 soundfont since a long time aswell. There may be a soundfont soon. Maybe William Kage is working on one.

As for creating soundfonts, I have no idea how to do that, but I'm sure you can find tutorials.

What type of song do you want to sequence? Some song formats let you mute channels, so it would be easier for you to transcribe them. my openspc is NOT WORKING anymore!!! EVERY TIME I generate an it file, it doesn't generate the song in the SPC file!!! instead it is just a bunch of annoying random glitchy sounds!!! I am trying to covert music from the game "Side Pocket" and all that comes out is a bunch of sounds random...
