That's because it is. If you take a look at the .txt file for it you will see:

And just to reiterate: this site does not accept "conversions" of any kind -- any MIDI sequence submission must be done by hand by the person creating the MIDI file. Any conversions get deleted on sight, which I believe will happen with this one.

On a similar note, I have a hunch CynthiaCelestic is uploading rips/conversions to New Files, judging by the Square Wave Lead-for-drums mistake I've encountered in several of his/her Pokemon Black/White MIDIs already.

That would totally explain how CynthiaCelestic has already mounted up 109 MIDIs in New Files in less than a month (unless a good amount of them are stupidly short or something?).

It'll be a shame if CynthiaCelestic has done that, since so many filled-in blanks from DPP would be lost (That Generation has the least amount of MIDIs on this site) =/
