I posted the current scoreboard as well as expected difficulty to each new song.

I expect tracks 16, 19, 21, 22 to be knocked out very fast.

I didn't catch the whole clip because I'm lame and I was in a hurry. It is from that game too, since I too have spent a long time trying to beat some of the bosses on that game too.

16 and 17 are right, the rest are either wrong or very close to the answer.

Oh yeah, Dewprism is known as Threads of Fate in America.
Track 23 is NOT an arrangement, you aren't far from the answer, if that's any help.

...The only other place I think 23 might have a chance at being in is Super Smash Bros. Brawl but I've never heard it in there, and I've definitely heard the melody in Mother 3.

Strugglepoo is right on the mark with Sakimoto. Vagrant Story sounds strikingly similar to Final Fantasy Tactics after all.

And yep, #23 is Earthbound 64, only two songs were released from that game I believe. Too bad it died out.

#21: I'm going to guess Soul Calibur 1 because I recognize it from an SC title, but I've only played 1 and 2, and I did't hear it anywhere in 2's OST when I went back and listened to the whole thing. Hopefully I didn't just miss it.
