Since there wasn't an accurate MIDI on VGMusic, I decided to sequence it. I was able to emulate the breathy, metallic, percussive sound effects that are prominent in this game and Goldeneye by down-pitching a tambourine and ride cymbals. Obviously, to do this without affecting the pitch of the regular drums, I had to use multiple percussion channels, so GS is a MUST! With some other GS patches, I was able to get this MIDI remarkably close to the original. I think this is the best use of GS that I've made in a MIDI so far. -MIDI Header Information- MIDI Type: 1 Number of Tracks: 18 Delta Time Setting: 960 -Midi TrackName Analysis- Optimized for GS Fretless Bass Synth Brass 1 Bass + Lead Doctor Solo Flute Flute (echo) String Ensemble 1 String Ensemble 1 (echo) Electric Percussion Percussion (Power Kit) Orchestra Hit Percussion (FX 1) Reverse Cymbal Scratchy Saw Wave Percussion (FX 2) Metallic Pad "Main Menu" from Perfect Dark, sequenced by King Meteor
