This was one of my old Sonic 2 MIDIs that really needed to be redone.
This MIDI came out a lot better than my first one, so please replace it with this.

There's one GS patch in this MIDI, but since MSGS is the standard MIDI playback device on most computers, I decided not to bother making a GM version.
