Yet another Sonic 3 MIDI inspried by Teck. This MIDI was actually inspired by Teck's first MIDI (for some reason he felt the need to redo it, but I liked his first MIDI way better.) 
If any of you have Teck's old MIDI on your computer, you'll probably notice extremely strong similarities.
This MIDI turned out awesome!
