Other Information: Today, I'll talk about Doukutsu Monogatari vs. Cave Story. Both are valid, but DM is the real title, since it was never officially released in English. Much like how Seiken Densetsu 3 is SD3, and not Secret of Mana 2, Doukutsu should be listed as such.

Anyway, this version of the song has a few fixed instruments: Oboe -> Square 1, and Violin -> Square 2. Makes it sound better, in my opinion.
