It was the incorrect file. If you choose to add this MIDI to your site, please also include the QuickTime 4 and prior version. This is the music from the Underwater Temple in the original Final Fantasy for NES. It is NOT The Temple of Fiends (Chaos' Temple), although it is extremely similar. I took a different approach than most people, and attempted to reproduce the strange vibratos. Because MIDI Players are very touchy with custom vibrato (the way I do it at least), I have uploaded 2 versions, one for QuickTime 5 and up, and one for QuickTime 4 and down. I would imagine one of them should sound good in whatever MIDI player you use. An added note: Chaos' Temple has a lower overall pitch. You have 6 versions of this (not including remixes), and the only one that actually is from Chaos' Temple is #6. All the rest are from the Underwater Temple. #6 is actually pretty accurate. If you would like to see what I am talking about, play the Final Fantasy NSF file and listen to the difference in tracks 12 (Underwater Temple) and 14 (Chaos' Temple). Especially notice the triangle channel - it is completely different. Anyone who has heard it repeated thousands of times as they played through the game would definitely know the difference. -MIDI Header Information- MIDI Type: 0 Number of Tracks: 1 Delta Time Setting: 480 -Midi TrackName Analysis-
