Other Information: Created in ModPlug Tracker, then transferred to midi format using a secondary utility, so it may look odd in a true midi editor. This is NOT a rip. I just spent a very long time trying to get the nuances right, by hand. Took even longer to find a utility that would include them in the conversion from ModPlug Tracker, since that program's built-in midi conversion is not that good. 
You bet it was difficult!
