Nothing like a full computer upgrade to make you realise just how bloody awful onboard AC97 sound actually is.  Relieved at the fact I can move between my new comp and my trusty old codger with the Live! card.  This does mean that some requests have been put back a bit, but as someone once said, "Don't worry, I'm working on it, kids, I'm working on it."
