Other Information: To me, Mega Man 4 had by far the weakest music in the series, but there are parts of this song that I like.
This isn't a true sequence of the Complete Works arrangement, but it was heavily based on it. 
I think this MIDI came out pretty good (about as good as a MM4 song can, that is.)
