If I had to pick a favourite song from the game, it just might be this one. I love the funky rock feel. Before I sequenced the song, I wondered how I could emulate the ringing effects at Bar 17. I thought that brightness FX would probably sound the most like it, but I absolutely hate the sound of brightness FX. I tried using crystal FX, but that just sounded weak. I also tried atmosphere FX, which actually sounded good, but wasn't quite enough. So I decided to back it up with a choir pad and I was satisfied. It ended up sounding closer to what was used in the original than I even thought was possible. The bass+lead was also difficult to sequence. It was hard enough to even hear, let alone make it out. But I think I managed to get it pretty accurate. Overall, this MIDI turned out great! I think it sounds really close to the original. I would also like to point out that this is my 80th sequence!
