Other Information: This was another one of my old Sonic 2 MIDIs that really needed to be redone.
I knew nothing about pitch bends or modulation controllers back then, so I was able to make my MIDI a lot better and truer to the original now.
Please replace my earlier MIDI with this one.

Despite GS patches being fairly prominent in this MIDI, you could probably still listen to it in a non-GS device, but it won't sound as good or as accurate.
