I hate this guy. He's the cheapest boss in the
entire history of Rockman, what with the free use
of an energy recharger (while you have no E-tanks
in this game, you'll notice). But his stage music
kicked ass, so I sequenced it anyway. This is one
of the more accurate MIDI renditions of this song
I've heard so far.
