Ice.  My favorite song in DKC2... nice, slow, and practically un-midi-able...
 if that's a word.  After going through VGMusic.com's archives, I realized that no Ice
 MIDI had been made.  To aid this, I tried my own at it... and didn't have much luck at all.
I tried several more times, and feel that this song will never be perfected as a MIDI
because of it's complex bassline, and the way it sort of moves in and out;
 but this is my best attempt, and I figured that if this MIDI
doesn't make it in... it won't matter much, because
the song is NOT good for MIDI.
Anyways, PLEASE, MORE than ever, I need your comments on
how I can try to make this MIDI better.
Also, it should be noted that I've tested this in many soundcards and 
wavetable emulators.  The MIDI was composed in Sound Blaster Live!,
sounds awful in WinGroove, and should otherwise be okay
if your wavetable is 32bit or above.
