The originator of this .mid was definitely the most attention a cover of mine has gotten in a while. 
I repurposed some of the tracks by putting all the synth accompaniment into the same track, then using the now empty extra channels as Echo channels for the characteristic delay. 

The .flp for my first attempt at making this got corrupted, but I would go on to use this idea for the Thorns MIDI (which was easier because I applied it to an extent while making the actual cover) and the Senpai MIDI after that.
